Refund terms of the Registration fee and /or Guarantee deposit:Refunds on the Registration fees for the students that cannot be admited and in justified leaves, will be made effective once ended the admission process.Once finalized the stay in the Residency, the settlement of the Guarantee deposit will be done, sending a transference 71 days after the student has moved away.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
